Insurance Chick and Advising Team Inc. provides this website to explain our insurance services and help people contact our team. This notice describes information submitted through the website’s quote-request form. It is not a description of every record created during a later insurance application, policy or claim.
Information you provide
The quote-request form asks for your name and email address. You may also provide a business name, phone number, coverage interest and a brief message. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss the insurance help you requested.
Please keep your message general. Do not include Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, payment details, medical information or insurance documents. The form does not accept file uploads and is not a secure document-submission portal.
How inquiries reach our team
Website inquiries are delivered to the agency’s Info and Sprado email inboxes. Agency staff access is limited to Sojha and Jessi. Our hosting and email services also process information as part of operating the website and delivering messages.
The current form does not automatically send inquiries to EZLynx, a carrier or another CRM. A future integration would be a separate change. Further information or documents may be needed after an initial inquiry; our team can explain the next step before you provide them.
Storage and website operation
Inquiry information is handled through agency email. Optional WPForms cloud entry backups are not enabled. This does not mean there are no email copies, technical logs or other provider records.
A fixed retention period for website inquiries has not yet been established. If you have a question about information you submitted, please contact us. This notice does not promise automatic deletion or a particular retention period. The website is not represented as cookie-free; hosting and website components may process technical information used to operate the service.
